Company Wellbeing

Company Wellbeing

Managing the wellbeing and health of employees continues to pose challenges to companies of any size. Plus, the COVID-19 crisis has concentrated a decade of workplace wellbeing trends and thinking, with HR and business needing to adapt to meet the challenges.

This is pushing the workplace health agenda centre stage with employers seeing returns on investment from taking steps to maximise the full potential of their employees through effective wellbeing interventions.

How can I support?

My recent research into the impacts of burnout, stress and resilience and Mental Health First Aid in a large organisation, means that I can offer current, research-led insight and advice. I can cut through the overwhelm of the myriad services and interventions on offer, to provide common sense, effective solutions that work.

  • Wellbeing strategy which fits your business.
  • Evaluation of your present wellbeing interventions and advice on those you might consider.
  • Close Associate relationships with clinical and industry experts to support your wellbeing needs.
  • Insight into Mental Health First Aid and its implications for your business.
  • Training (online or in person) on mental health awareness, risk assessment, resilience and management of stress and burnout.
  • Line Manager support and training.
